Hannon Parkway (Quincy Center Concourse)
The final phase of the Quincy Center Concourse, named after former Mayor Walter Hannon, is underway. When completed, the road will increase access to and from the downtown by linking Routes 3 and 3A and will create an urban boulevard that serves as a gateway to Quincy Center. The completion of the road is a vital component of the downtown development efforts at it will provide more direct access to the downtown, unlocking the value and interest of development opportunities within the commercial district.
